Rosi is one of Mockingbird Dental Groups dental assistants. She has been with the company for 3 years. She works and assists Dr. Bugbee and Dr. McKinney. She graduated from Mesquite High School in 2012 and pursued her dental assisting career immediately after. She enjoys traveling, playing soccer and working out. 

 I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Being the first child challenged me to set a good example for my brothers. I was the first one out of my family to finish high school and then straight out of high school get into dental assistant school.

I spent 5 months studying to become a dental assistant.  After I became certified and licensed as a dental assistant, I did my externship at Mesquite Endodontics and Mockingbird Dental Group.  Mockingbird Dental Group hired me!

Working in Mockingbird Dental Group has taught me the importance of dentistry. Helping and making patients feel welcome and well attended to has become one of my priorities. Being that this is the first office I have worked for, I enjoy working every day and learning from my doctors and coworkers, making my day at work fun and easy going.

Outside of work I love to spend time with family and friends and do new adventurous things!  

Debbie, a Registered Dental Assistant, has been working alongside Dr. Rollins for over 15 years.  Not only is Debbie Dr. Rollins' dental assistant, but she is also her sister! While working with Dr. Rollins, Debbie has built many strong and lasting relationships with so many of their patients.  Honestly, she considers them an extension of their family.  Prior to moving from San Antonio to Dallas in 1999 and working with Dr. Rollins, Debbie worked for several years in the legal field.  After her second daughter was born, she made the decision to leave her position in the law firm and become a stay-at-home mom. 

Debbie and Bo, her husband of 27 years, have two wonderful daughters who are graduates from the University of Arkansas and Texas A&M University...Woo Pig Sooie & Gig 'Em!!! She is also the proud "dog mom" to her Cairn Terrier, Zoe, and her Malti-Shi, Tater.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
